CofounderFit is a psychometric assessment platform that helps founders evaluate compatibility with potential cofounders before entering into a business partnership.

The Service includes:

• A 58-question psychometric assessment across 8 dimensions
• Compatibility scoring between users
• Detailed compatibility reports with strengths and potential tensions
• Recommendations for successful cofounder relationships
• Exportable PDF reports for sharing with stakeholders

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You can register using:

• Google OAuth authentication
• Email with magic link verification

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

• Keep your login information secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others
• Not create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes

3.3 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CofounderFit. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4.1 Assessment Accuracy

The psychometric assessment is designed to provide insights into personality traits, work styles, and potential compatibility. You agree to:

• Answer questions honestly and accurately
• Complete the full 58-question assessment
• Not manipulate results or create fake profiles

4.2 Interpretation of Results

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: CofounderFit compatibility scores are decision-support tools, not guarantees.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Results are based on algorithmic analysis of your responses
• Compatibility scores do not guarantee success or predict failure
• Results should be used as one factor among many in evaluating potential cofounders
• Human judgment, due diligence, and professional advice are essential
• We are not responsible for partnership decisions made based on our assessment

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the compatibility algorithm
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the Platform
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
• Create fake profiles or manipulate assessment results
• Share or sell access to your account

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content on CofounderFit, including but not limited to:

• The compatibility algorithm
• The 58-question psychometric assessment
• Scoring methodology and weighting system
• Website design, text, graphics, and logos
• Software code and architecture

...is the exclusive property of PAYET FABRICE and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of your assessment responses and profile information. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process your responses to calculate compatibility scores
• Store your data securely in our database
• Display results to you and users you choose to share with
• Use anonymized, aggregated data for research and algorithm improvement

7.1 Free Tier

CofounderFit currently offers free access to the basic assessment and compatibility analysis. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription plans in the future.

7.2 Future Premium Features

If we introduce paid services, we will:

• Notify you in advance with clear pricing
• Allow you to continue using free features
• Provide refund policies for premium services
• Process payments securely through trusted providers

9.1 "As Is" Service

CofounderFit is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9.2 No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that:

• Compatibility scores will predict partnership success
• The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Results will meet your expectations
• Defects will be corrected immediately

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAYET FABRICE and CofounderFit shall not be liable for:

• Partnership failures or business disputes
• Financial losses resulting from cofounder decisions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid to us (currently €0 for free tier)

11.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at contact@cofounderfit.com.

11.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• We are required to do so by law
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked immediately
• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days (see Privacy Policy)
• Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes
• Shared compatibility reports may remain accessible to other users

12.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, please contact us at contact@cofounderfit.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of CofounderFit shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
