Before you decide to build together

What does CofounderFit measure?

Each founder answers 62 questions across eight founder-specific dimensions, including leadership, risk, work approach, communication, decision making, stress, values, and vision. The result surfaces alignment, complementary strengths, and tensions worth discussing.

Is CofounderFit a personality test?

Not in the usual sense. CofounderFit is a decision workflow for a specific potential partnership. It uses psychometric signals to structure conversations about how two founders will work, decide, and build together; it is not a clinical diagnosis or a verdict on either person.

Can one founder see the other's answers?

No. Each founder's individual answers remain private. A shared comparison is available only when both founders choose to participate and complete their profiles, and it presents compatibility insights rather than exposing either person's raw responses.

What happens after the assessment?

After an Alignment Session, founders receive a compatibility signal, tailored conversation prompts, and decision documents. These materials help make roles, decision rights, equity, vesting, and working agreements explicit so the partnership can move forward with a clearer shared record.
